I've worked with Paul for six months, following a series of exercise routines designed to address core strength, flexibility, upper and lower body strengthening, and toning. His programmes have always challenged, providing a constant source of interest with no risk of boredom kicking in. I never realised that you could achieve so much from following a tailored programme often working out simply using your own body or light weights. As a runner, the improvements to my speed and endurance have been remarkable, my training runs surpassing my previous efforts without any of the aches and pains I normally experience. My recovery time also seems to be faster. In addition, I can now show off some upper body contours where none were evident before-a testament to the all-round nature of Paul's programmes.
