Why is The Peak Physique Programme better than an ordinary fitness training programme?

Less chance of relapse
It will be much easier to maintain your results with your new, ‘designed for exercise’ body. By training in phases your body gradually makes long-lasting physiological changes, resulting in a permanently elevated metabolism which means you burn extra body fat, even when you’re not training!

Better posture
By restoring muscular balance, less strain and stress is placed on your joints, further enhancing your appearance.

No more niggles and aches
The whole-body, functional strength you have developed will make previously strenuous tasks seem easy and reduce your risk of low back, shoulder, knee and hip pain.

Without the preparation of Phases One and Two, a Results Phase level of training may give you slight improvement over not training at all, but with short-lasting effects.

Overloading your body with the lack of foundation training could result in serious injury.

What if I haven’t achieved the results I want after 12 weeks?

12 weeks is the shortest time frame in which significant improvements can be made and sustained. Improvements are guaranteed, or your money back! However, if you have not reached the level you want and wish to make further progress, the programme can be repeated at a more advanced level using new exercises and more intense workouts to build on the gains you have already made. Cycling the programme like this ensures you never get bored and your body is kept guessing so it never plateaus.

How quickly will I see results?

With any type of exercise, your genetics play a role in determining the rate of change, but you can have a strong influence through correct performance of the programme and the effort you put in. You will feel benefits after the very first session, and it is possible to see results after just four weeks – one client lost half a stone (3kg) of body fat after the Foundation Phase. Imagine her progress by the end of the programme!

What kind of exercises will I be doing?

The aim is to progress to whole-body exercises that work as many different muscles as possible in the shortest amount of time. These exercises are very different to those found in traditional workouts, focusing on the natural movements of the body rather than isolating individual body parts under strict control. You can look forward to ‘Wall Angels’, ‘Skydivers’, ‘Sword Draws’ and ‘Mountain Climbers’ to name but a few!

How much does it cost?

When you sign up to The Peak Physique Programme you receive a detailed programme card based on three sessions a week. Your exercise technique, the effort you put in and your adherence to the programme have a significant impact on the quality of results you achieve. These factors are all enhanced by Personal Coaching which is therefore much more effective than training alone. In a Personal Coaching session you will be motivated and monitored throughout the workout to ensure you perform the exercises correctly and get 100% benefit from them. There are various packages available which range from one Personal Coaching session per week to three sessions per week (i.e. coaching for every workout you do). Packages start from £160 per month - in your consultation they will be explained in more detail.
